WHAT: Levy Restaurants will turn heads when it unveils their exclusive edible hats, including one designed specifically for Sarah Ferguson by Jill Henning Fineries. Levy Restaurants, the market leader in premium sports and entertainment dining who feeds the 350,000 visitors to the Derby, created the fashionable lady's hats to be worn by special attendees.
Inspired by the annual parade of hats at the Derby, Levy Restaurants' executive chef Gil Logan recreated Fergie's own 18-inch-wide by five-inch-tall wide-brimmed hat. A standout fashion statement, the 'sweet' hat is made out of a vanilla raspberry mocha cake with vanilla fondant icing and adorned with white magnolias.
