As White Sox Kick Off 2008 Season, Two-Foot Long Hot Dog, New Concessions and Skyline Bar Headline Culinary Line-Up

[Chicago, IL] – As White Sox fans gear up for the 2008 baseball season, Levy Restaurants, the restaurant company that provides premium catering for U.S. Cellular Field is also getting ready in the kitchen. Levy Restaurants Executive Chef Olegario Soto has spent the off-season working on some exciting new additions to the menu, which will debut at the White Sox season opener on Monday, April 7th in the Jim Beam Club, the Stadium Club, United Scout Lounge, Diamond Suites and Club Level.

In 2008, fans will see several additions to US Cellular Field, including the renovation of the Skyline Bar on the Club Level, a new small plates concession concept and several new menu items throughout the ballpark. • Small Plates, Major Flavor Concession Concept: New! Also located on the Club Level, this new small plates concession stand will serve food appetizer-style, in smaller portions that are easy to eat on the go. Menu items will change throughout the season but will include Fried Macaroni and Cheese, Quesadillas, Spicy Chicken Wings, Mini Sandwiches and Stuffed Mushrooms.

Stadium Club, United Scout Lounge  & Jim Beam Club: New menu items! The Stadium Club, located above right field is a membership club for season ticket holders.
