Executive Chef Sinclair Thorne
Sinclair started his training at the prestigious L’ Academe De Cuisine in Maryland. Where he excelled and Graduated with honors. Chef Sinclair’s competitive nature led him to travel and work for some of the industries most talented chefs.
Chef Sinclair spent the most of his career working for the Intercontinental Hotel Group. Because of his dedication, work ethic and attention to detail he rose through the ranks very rapidly and became the Chef de Cuisine for the Willard in Washington DC. After only spending two years there he returned to his roots to open the Intercontinental in Atlanta Georgia, followed by opening the Avenida in Greenwich, New York. His skills and culinary achievements were featured in several statewide publications.
In continuing his passion for cooking Chef Sinclair joined the Wolfgang Puck Family as the Executive Sous Chef . After short period of time Sinclair was promoted to Executive Chef.
