Francesco Abbinanti C.E.C

Executive Chef, Georgia Dome

 

A restaurant industry veteran for over 25 years, Francesco brings an exemplary history of international culinary excellence and foodservice business experience to Levy Restaurants, serving as Executive Chef for the Georgia Dome.

 

Abbinanti’s career achievements have led him to become a highly decorated and sought-after foodservice professional, holding impressive positions as Chef/Owner, Corporate Chef, Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director. Abbinanti most recently served as Chef/Owner of Multi-Concept restaurants he developed in Florida since 2001.

 

From a family of restaurant entrepreneurs in Altavilla Milicia, a small suburb of Palermo, Sicily; Abbinanti began to develop his talents and journey into his culinary career at the age of 10. Before joining Levy Restaurants in 2008, Frank worked with Sheraton International, Hilton Hotels and was recruited by the Walt Disney World Company where he served as Executive Chef of Animal Kingdom Theme Park and Walt Disney Cruise Line before developing his restaurant concepts in 2001 and selling his company in 2007.

 

In addition to his foodservice duties, Abbinanti has won many gold medals and prestigious industry awards and he is a Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation and Approved Culinary Judge.
