Richard Yennerell
Upon graduating high school, Rich went to Johnson & Wales University in Providence RI. Having lived most of his life in cold weather, a move to the west coast was in tall order. Working in Sunny Southern California, gave a new perspective on the importance of fresh ingredients and changing menus. Having worked in many established hotels; Westin South Coast Plaza, Waterfront Hilton, and the Four Seasons Newport Beach, Rich decided that the next move would be to Las Vegas, Nevada.
Working as the Executive Banquet Chef at the Aladdin Resort & Casino, Rich took all the lessons he learned from his family, education, and work experience and brought it to the next level. In a world of massed produced food, Rich stressed the importance of treating people like family, and making food the best possible way with the best ingredients available.
Having worked the NBA All-Star game in both Denver (2005), and Houston (2006), NBA playoff runs with the Rockets (2005), and both the Spurs and Mavericks (2006), and Superbowl XL in Detroit, has set up Rich with the understanding the importance of large profile events.
