Executive Chef Denis Hynds

Raised in the heart of the Cape Cod culinary scene, Chef Denis Hynds worked his way up through restaurants like Christian's Restaurant and Wayside Inn in Chatham, MA. Through these experiences, he was able to learn every aspect of the business. After finishing at Ithaca College with a major in communications and minor in history, Chef Denis landed in Denver after a cross country road trip, where he has begun to leave his culinary mark.

 

After six years at the Wellshire Inn, Chef Denis maintains his passion to delight the palettes of both new curious customers as well as loyal, long-time guests and continues to invite the new challenges of today’s Rocky Mountain culinary scene.
