We have prepared the ultimate culinary line-up packed with game stopping flavors that will have guests saying... Game? What game? Kicking off with our Blue Crab Dip made from the freshest Florida Blue Crab, passing off to the Gridiron Gator Sausage, a 2-foot alligator sausage, and into the end-zone with Lechon Asada or Cuban style pulled pork... and this is just the beginning of an action-packed menu!
