Prepared before your eyes! Red skin mashed potatoes served in martini glasses with three gourmet toppings: sautéed garlic shrimp, grilled chicken with gorgonzola cheese or traditional bacon with chives.

Paired with an assortment of fresh seasonal fruit, nuts and chutneys with crostini and flatbreads.

Featuring our signature barbecue brisket quesadillas, grilled vegetable quesadillas,

tri-colored tortilla chips with spicy red salsa, tomatillo salsa and salsa fresca.

Asian Station

Crystal Wrapped Chicken

Sautéed chicken, Shiitake mushrooms, scallions and carrots presented in crisp

lettuce cups with Hoisin sauce accompanied with Jasmine fried rice.

All items are hand carved as ordered and served with kettle-style chips, assorted rustic rolls and appropriate condiments.
