Sarrah & Chris Gielow's Wedding

When: September 1st, 2001 - a serene and colorful fall day.

Where: The Great Hall of Café Brauer, expertly catered by Levy Events

The Toast: Sarrah & Chris toasted their new nuptuials with mimosas and Bloody Marys. The crowd mingled as refreshing cocktails and hors d'oeurves were served on the Great Hall's veranda overlooking a pituresque Lincoln Park pond, Chicago's vivid skyline beaming in the distance.

The Celebration: The jovial crowd eventually flowed into the Great Hall where undulant lighting set the room aglow in the glory of a perfect fall day. Themed live chef's tables stationed throughout the ballroom were an exciting way to delight guests palates and unite the crowd in the pleasure of a great meal.

The Menu: Levy Events professional chefs were at guests' service as they whipped up hot, fresh, made-to-order omeletts, carved juicy sirloin at the guests' request, and served up an array of exotic and classic pastas.  Dessert was…well, cake of course!

Levy Events’ Special Touch: One of many tailored accents were famous love quotes written on miniature scrolls waiting to be unravelled at each place setting.  Sarrah and Chris were looking for a little something extra to remind everyone of the love they were celebrating.

The newlyweds ate, danced, and shared their joy leisurely, never having to worry about one detail of service, confident that everything was under control...

Recalling the day fondly Sarrah says, "I knew that Carole Drew would do all the worrying , so that I didn't have to. With full confidence in their expertise, I was able to relax and thoroughly enjoy my wedding day."

Making the couples' dream come true is Carole's favorite part of planning a wedding. "I really do care. This is not just my job - it's my passion to make this one of the happiest days of your life."
