Italian Chopped Salad

Ingredients
2 cups Romaine lettuce
2 cups mixed greens
1/2 pound grilled chicken breast, diced
1 cup Ditalini Pasta, cooked
1 cup red onions, diced
1/2 cup bacon, diced and cooked crispy
1/2 pound Blue Cheese Crumbles
1 cup tomatoes, seeded and diced
Dijon Honey Dressing
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 tablespoon garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tablespoon oregano, dry
2 cups olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper, fresh ground
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
Directions
Toss all salad ingredients together and place in a serving dish. Meanwhile, combine all of the dressing ingredients, with the exception of the oil, in a medium bowl. Begin whisking the mixture and gradually add the olive oil to the bowl. Continue whisking until the dressing is smooth. Add the dressing to the salad when ready to serve.
