Makes 1 2-foot meatball sandwich, serves 4
Ingredients:
12 each - meatballs
1/2 cup - marinara sauce
1 cup or 8 oz. - Provolone cheese, sliced
2 tablespoons - Parmesan cheese
1 each - 2-foot long French bread
chopped parsley for light garnish
Method of Preparation
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Split 2-foot long bread and line with 12 fully cooked, hot meatballs. Top with sauce and shingle, or overlap, slices of provolone. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and place on on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for a few minutes, or until cheese melts.
Garnish with parsley and divde into 4 servings.
