Blazing the trail to new dining experiences is an everyday activity at Levy Restaurants. Truly, innovation is a way of life for us – part of everyone's job description. Levy Restaurants invented premium Sports and Entertainment dining – starting with the suites at U.S. Cellular Field (formerly Comiskey Park), and we're the inventors of the now-copied-everywhere Dessert Cart. Levy also continues to provide great dining experiences in award-winning restaurants like Spiaggia in Chicago and Fulton's Crab House in Orlando. We're proud of these accomplishments, but we're even more proud of the people who make us who we are – a Family of Passionate Restaurateurs. Even though we've been around for over 30 years, we live each day with the same values of the family company born with D.B. Kaplan's Delicatessen in 1978. It's impressive to us to be able to see how far we've come since those "mom and pop" days.
