The Levy IMPACT Forum
The Levy IMPACT Forum is an important building block of our philosophy when it comes to inclusion. The Forum was created to offer strategic thinking, planning, and assessment and to ensure inclusion and diversity are addressed in ways that allow our organization to achieve and sustain a competitive advantage.
Levy Restaurants participates in the National Society of Minorities in Hospitality to recruit interns and entry-level managers and chefs. We also take advantage of utilizing over 80 websites for our job postings in order to build a pipeline of diverse talent. Our goal is to provide our managers with a uniquely diverse candidate pool so that they may hire the best and most qualified talent.
