Creating something new and exciting in the entertainment capital of the world is no easy feat. Levy Restaurants worked in partnership with MGM Resorts and AEG to develop a handcrafted food and cocktail experience fit for the scale and spectacle of Vegas, ensuring that no matter where you’re sitting, you’ll have a great view of the show and hospitality experience to match.

How We Did It

  • Partnering with renowned mixologist, Tony-Abou Ganim to create an innovative beverage program
  • Leveraging a beverage tap system to deliver fresh, quality cocktails with the speed of service you’d expect in general concessions
  • Investing 1600 hours of training for “Bar Chefs” and Mixologists to ensure they shake up consistent, quality cocktails across the arena
  • Selecting dishes that reflect Vegas’ theatrical spirit and culinary landscape while committing to sustainable seafood and organic vegetables
  • Customizing menus for each event, in anticipation of fans varying tastes
  • Designing spaces that are both opulent and a reflection of Vegas’ social culture
  • Developing a premium ice program with hand-carved, clear ice selected by size and shape for each cocktail throughout the arena

The End Result

  • More than 13,000+ attendees opening night
  • More than 5,300 cocktails sold
  • 120 Gallons of draft cocktails poured
  • Custom Event packages designed by our culinary team are our most popular dishes in suites
  • Since February 2016, T-Mobile Arena’s food and beverage has generated 135 media hits and more than 155 million impressions, including coverage from top-tier local media and national sports business and lifestyle media.
