Where can I purchase a Levy Restaurants gift card?
Levy Restaurants gift cards can be ordered at any of our participating restaurants or online at www.levyrestaurants.com/gift-cards

  • eGift – delivered via email instantly, scheduled for future delivery or printed at home

Where can I use my Levy Restaurants gift card?
All gift cards are accepted for food, beverage and tax at all participating locations. Gift cards are not valid towards gratuity.

Do Levy Restaurants gift cards expire?
Levy Restaurants gift cards never expire and there are no maintenance or non-usage fees. Your gift card will retain its full value until it is used.

How do I check the balance on my Levy Restaurants gift card?
You can check the value of your gift card online or by calling 1.888.272.7068

What happens if I don’t use the full amount of my gift card?
Any amount not used on your first visit will remain on your gift card. The value will not expire so you can use the remaining balance on your next visit to any participating Levy Restaurants locations.

Can I re-load my Levy Restaurants Gift Card?
You cannot add value to an existing Levy Restaurants gift card. Once the full value of the card has been used, the card is expired and a new gift card may be purchased.

Can I use more than one Levy Restaurants gift card at a time?
Yes, you may use multiple Levy Restaurants gift cards at one time.

What can I use my Levy Restaurants gift card for?
Levy Restaurants gift cards may be used toward food, beverage and tax at participating locations. Gift cards may be used towards final payments for private events. Gift cards are not valid towards delivery orders.

If I am a loyalty member will I get points for the purchase of my gift cards?
Loyalty points are not awarded for the purchase of a gift card. However, you receive loyalty points for the full balance of your check when you use a gift card to pay.

Can I use my gift card to pay for private events?
Levy Restaurants gift cards may be used towards final payments for private events. Holiday Bonus certificates are not accepted toward payment of private events.

What happens if I lose my Levy Restaurants Gift Card?
Gift cards can be replaced with proof of purchase. If the gift card has been used only the remaining value will be replaced. Please send your gift card number or order number along with your contact information to giftcards@levyrestaurants.com to have your gift card replaced.

What is an eGift?
An eGift is a Levy Restaurants gift card that can be sent via email or printed immediately upon purchase. eGifts are perfect for last minute gifting or during the holiday season when shipping a gift card might not arrive before your desired date.

My recipient did not receive their gift card, now what?
eGift card purchases: please contact CashStar eGift customer service directly at 888.659.3452. For further questions about eGifts please visit the CashStar FAQ Page. Traditional gift cards: please contact Levy Restaurants at giftcards@levyrestaurants.com to have a replacement card issued.

What are the shipping options for gift cards?
You may choose to have a traditional card sent via USPS at no cost or choose from two FedEx shipment options at an additional cost.
If you need a gift card instantly send an eGift directly to your recipient’s inbox or print your eGift at home to hand deliver.

Can I redeem my gift card for cash?
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, except as required by law

Holiday Gift Card Questions:

When are Holiday Bonus cards issued?
For every 100.00 in gift cards ordered from November 1st through December 31st you will receive a 25.00 bonus card. Bonus cards are valid January 1st through March 31st.

How will I receive my Holiday Bonus Card?
If you ordered an eGift your holiday bonus card will be sent to the email address used for your order in a separate email than your gift card order.

If you ordered a traditional gift card your holiday bonus card will be delivered to the purchaser of the gift card unless noted otherwise.

When is the last day I can ship a gift card to guarantee delivery before the holiday?
To guarantee delivery ship your gift card via FedEx or send a eGift card. Orders placed after 5pm CST on December 21st will not be shipped until December 26th. To guarantee delivery order an eGift card to send instantly via email, schedule email delivery for a specific date or to print at home and hand deliver.
