About Levy Restaurants

Levy Restaurants was founded as a single delicatessen, D.B. Kaplan’s, in Chicago in 1978 and is recognized today as one of America’s fastest growing and most critically-acclaimed restaurant companies. Levy’s diverse and expansive portfolio includes award-winning restaurants such as James Beard Award-winning Spiaggia and Bistro 110 in Chicago and Fulton’s Crab House and Wolfgang Puck Grand Café at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando.

Levy Restaurants also is the leader in premium Sports and Entertainment dining concessions, catering such renowned sports venues as Lambeau Field in Green Bay, STAPLES Center and Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, Wrigley Field in Chicago and Churchill Downs in Louisville, and events including Super Bowls, World Series, NASCAR Racing, the Kentucky Derby, the U.S. Open Tennis Tournament and the Grammy Awards.

30 years later, Levy Restaurants still operates with the mentality of a family business, even though we’ve expanded to nearly 100 world-class restaurants, stadiums, arenas, zoos, racetracks and music festivals throughout the U.S., Canada and England. As a family of passionate restaurateurs, we live "The Levy Difference" by creating great restaurant experiences wherever our innovative approach might take us.

Levy Restaurants is a full member of Charlotte-based Compass Group North America, the leading food management company with more than $8.8 billion in revenues.
