Chef Ron Cope has recently added some new menu items...A favorite from the past and something new! Ciopinno is the favorite from the past, featuring king crab, mussels, clams, shrimp and fresh fish all in a tomato herb broth over fresh pasta. The something new is our featured appetizer...The Fulton's Seafood Tower is an array of chilled seafood displayed on a two-tier platter. It features our rare seared Big Eye Tuna, jumbo poached shrimp, blackened sea scallop, split Alaska King Crab legs, garlic- and herb-poached clams and mussels. These are served with a variety of dipping sauces including home made cocktail sauce, remolaude and soy. What a great way to start your dinning experience with your family and friends!
