Local Guest Chef, Wine Pairings and Player Favorites Provide

Specialty Menus for HEAT Fans

[Miami, FL] – Miami HEAT fans will be on the edge of their seats during the 2012 NBA Finals against the Oklahoma City Thunder. To keep anxious appetites satisfied, Levy Restaurants, the official restaurant partner of AmericanAirlines Arena, has teamed up with Chef Sean Brasel of local culinary hotspot, Meat Market, to bring an exclusive menu to HEAT fans. To complete these specialty menu offerings, Levy Restaurants has brought in Sarah Almand as the General Manager of Beverage and in-house sommelier, the perfect pairing for HEAT fans who enjoy a fine wine. The wine selections from Sarah will compliment the unique Suite and Flagship Lounge menus for the final games. Menu highlights for the finals include:

Asian BBQ Lamb Ribs with pickled red onion and green papaya salad

Petite Filet with foie butter

White truffle Beef Tar-tar with parmesan toasts

Prime Marinated Deckle Steak with aji pancha dipping sauce

Seared Broccolini with dried tomatoes and chili flakes

Boneless Short Rib with lobster risotto

Potato Gratin

Lobster Mashed Potatoes

MO-HEAT-O Signature Cocktail, with Bacardi Gold, infused with red chile, Fresh Thai basil, lime juice and strawberry purée, served in a Collectable Souvenir Cup

In addition to these culinary creations, the All-Stars of the HEAT have their own favorite menu items in AmericanAirlines Arena. Fans can eat like Dwyane Wade, Udonis Haslem or LeBron James by sampling these featured menu items during select games:

Game 1 – A comfort food fan, Udonis Haslem orders the BBQ Chicken available in Flagship Lounges, Dewar’s Lounge Chef’s Tables.

Game 2 – Dwyane Wade gears up for games with the Chicken & Pasta with Tomato Sauce featured in the Flagship Lounges and Dewar’s Lounge Chef’s Tables

Game 3 – LeBron James eats Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken before his big games, located in Flagship Lounges and Dewar’s Lounge Chef’s Table
