Beer Cheese Dip

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 5 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz. domestic beer
  • 1 Ranch seasoning packet (1 packet will make 3 servings)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Chef’s Notes:

Using a mixer, or a hand mixer and a medium sized bowl works just as well, beat cream cheese until soft. Add cheddar cheese, beer, 1/3 of the ranch seasoning packet and mix until fully combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking with salt and pepper. Transfer to your favorite bowl and serve with pretzel rods or twists. It’s a real game changer!

Make the day ahead and refrigerate until the big game!
