PSC partnered with the Oklahoma City RedHawks in September, 2011 to operate the food and beverage services at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. In the inaugural season, PSC made extensive use of newly created branded concepts. These went into concession stands and portables around the stadium, and the effects were publicized immediately. These changes resulted in a 25% increase to revenue and per caps in just one year! In 2013, PSC introduced a new pizza concept to the stadium which improved the quality and doubled the Red Hawks gross profit.
