Andrew J. Lansing, President and Chief Executive Officer
Andy Lansing is President and Chief Executive Officer of Levy. Under his leadership, Levy has topped over 200 locations in North America and around the world, with more than 35,000 team members delivering Levy’s signature hospitality to guests.
Andy began his career with Levy in 1988 as Vice President and General Counsel, overseeing and directing legal affairs for the Company. He was promoted to Executive Vice President for Levy in 1991, and President and Chief Operating Officer in 1995. In his tenure, Andy has directed, managed and actively recruited the industry’s top specialists to become part of Levy’s team and foster the Company’s strategic growth. In 2004, Andy was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer.
Andy spearheaded the formation of Levy Cares, the charitable arm of the Company. Under his direction, Levy Cares has become a national charitable presence, supporting local children’s causes and providing food and shelter to the homeless and hungry in each of its markets.
Andy is an active contributor to Chicago’s business and charitable communities. He is a member of the Chicago chapter of the World Presidents’ Organization. He was recognized as one of the city’s top 40 business leaders under 40 by Crain’s Chicago Business and as one of Restaurant Hospitality Magazine’s Rising Stars in recognition of his contributions to the industry.
A committed leader at the University of Michigan, his alma mater, Andy serves on the College of Literature, Science and Arts School’s Dean’s Advisory Council and the Organizational Studies Leadership Committee.
Andy’s personal passion for magic has been incorporated into the entrepreneurial culture of Levy to inspire the creativity in team members to wonder and develop new ideas. His unique style of motivation and leadership has been featured on NBC television, in the Chicago Tribune, the Chicago Sun-Times, and the New York Times.
Jeff Wineman, Executive Vice President of Business Development
Jeff Wineman is Executive Vice President of Business Development for Levy. Jeff began his career with Levy in 1988 and has led the company’s strategic growth and development for the past 28 years.
Jeff has initiated and maintained business relationships with a myriad of professional and college sports venues, entertainment destinations and convention facilities elevating the sports and entertainment services to be Levy’s core business.
Jeff received his Bachelor of Science from Indiana University and his Masters in Business Administration from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University
Cindy Noble, Executive Vice President of Human Resources
In her 24-year career with Levy, Cindy Noble has been a key part of the Company’s exponential growth, working in several roles in the Human Resources department as Levy has grown from 3,500 to over 30,000 team members. Today, she orchestrates the global oversight of people management across more than 125 locations, including recruiting, training, compensation, labor relations, employee relations, benefits, and internal communications. She began her career with Levy as a host at the Michelin-starred restaurant Spiaggia, joining Levy’s Human Resources team a few years later. She added the sports & entertainment business to her job responsibilities in 2002, and was given oversight of all aspects of Human Resources for the Company in 2006. In addition to her role as Executive Vice President at Levy, Cindy serves as the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer for Levy’s parent company, Compass Group North America.
Alison Weber, Chief Creative Officer – Curiology
Alison Weber is Chief Creative Officer for CURiOlogy, Levy Restaurants’ experience design agency and wholly-owned subsidiary, developing high-touch fan and guest experiences with design thinking at the core. CURiOlogy brings design research, creative strategy and design resources to current Levy clients across sports, entertainment, restaurants, convention centers and retail sectors as well as serves companies outside Levy’s current portfolio.
In her role, Alison inspires the vision for the company’s industry-recognized experience design capabilities, future forward pipeline, as well as Levy’s culture of innovation. During her two-decade plus career, Alison had a seat at the table crafting the revolution in sports food and pushing for continual relevancy around the fan experience.
Alison started as a hot dog and beer vendor at Cleveland Municipal Stadium. In 2014, she was recognized as one of the top influencers in her industry and received Sports Business Journal’s Game Changers Award.
Jaime Faulkner, Chief Executive Officer – E15
Jaime Faulkner is the CEO of E15, a subsidiary of Levy that provides advanced analytics services to sports, entertainment, hospitality, and retail organizations. Jamie leads a team of top industry talent from the fields of economics, mathematics, statistics, accounting and finance, psychology and behavioral science, and computer science.
Prior to launching E15, Jaime spent 15 years in consulting with KPMG and Arthur Andersen, developing analytics services that are used by some of the largest organizations in the world. Additionally, she consulted with professional sports teams, helping them improve their strategic and operational decision-making ability by leveraging advanced analytics.
Tom Funk, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Tom Funk is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Levy Restaurants and leads strategic planning, vision, and operations for Levy’s 140+ sports and entertainment venues across North America.
Tom joined Levy in 2013 as Vice President of Concessions and was responsible for the planning, optimization and delivery of all of Levy’s concessions operations. Tom’s impact was immediately felt in his leadership in maximizing revenue, creating new opportunities to localize and specialize menus to hit culinary trends, and enhancing the fan food experience.
Levy’s rapid growth in 2014 provided an opportunity to tap Tom for a new role, serving as Regional Vice President with oversight of all operations in the Southeast Region. Tom was promoted to his current position in January, 2016.
With over 13 years of experience in the industry, Tom has a proven track record of successfully leading businesses in P & L management, client relations, strategic planning, revenue generation, guest satisfaction, sustainability programs, and team strategy.
Jennifer Nickerson, Vice President of Restaurant Operations
Jennifer brings over 20 year of restaurant operations experience to her role as Vice President of Restaurant Operations, and currently has oversight of Levy’s Chicago, Orlando, Saint Paul, Milwaukee, and American Girl Chicago and New York restaurant properties. Jennifer first joined the Levy family in 2009 as the Director of Operations for Ravinia. She was instrumental in helping turn Ravinia into one of Levy’s top performing accounts, doing so without compromising quality or the client relationship. In 2009, Jennifer was promoted to the role of Regional Manager, where she was able to try her hand at multiunit management. Her continued success ultimately led to her 2014 promotion to Regional Director of Operations, and a year later she was promoted to Vice President of Restaurant Operations.
Rob Ellis, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Rob Ellis serves as Levy’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing accounting and finance, risk management, and information technology across Levy’s operations. Rob joined Levy as a Controller in the restaurant group in 1998, and in 2007 he became the Vice President of Strategy and Planning, overseeing Levy’s acquisitions, new business deals, budgeting and strategic planning. In 2015 he was promoted to the role of Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining Levy, Rob began his career with U.S. Robotics, and earned a B.A. from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. When Rob isn’t coaching Levy team members, he can be found on the sidelines coaching his two children in all sports.
