CNBC's Darren Rovell loves a good hot dog and he's launched a Twitter contest to name the best new hot dog topping for fans at Lambeau Field. Green Bay is home to the reigning Super Bowl champs and some seriously tasty food from cheese curds to sizzling hot brats. The winning dog topper will be featured when the Packers faceoff against the Minnesota Vikings on November 14. Learn more here.

Earlier this week, Spiaggia guests had the rare opportunity to taste a bit of history with Chef Tony Mantuano's Columbus Day- inspired menu. Though the award-winning restaurant is famous for its authentic Italian cuisine, the menu based on recipies from the Renaissance ventured deep into the food origins of Italy.
