It's Memorial Day Weekend! Charlotte Motor Speedway is celebrating by hosting the NASCAR Coca-Cola 600 and serving up some KILLER food in the process. To send your taste buds into overdrive, our crew has dreamed up some dangerously de-lish options including:
Charlotte Burger: angus beef topped with pimento mac & cheese and pork rinds
Funnel Bacakonator: funnel cake topped with chocolate sauce and bacon
Fried Neapolitan Cupcakes on a stick
For those not looking for deep-fried-fun, the track features healthier fare as well including black bean burgers, turkey burgers, fruit and veggie cups.

- 1 Ton of glass bottles will be recycled
- 500 pounds of plastic bottles will be recycled

What a beautiful day at the races! Today is Kentucky Oaks Day and Churchill Downs is buzzing with Derby excitement.
