Our purpose and our promise is to make the space to be better, know better and do better in our thoughts, actions and interactions with one another and our communities. Inclusivity has long been one of our four core values. Work of Change was born from this sentiment and due to the civil unrest our country experienced in 2020.
Our LRGs — Black-African American, Women, LGBTQ+ — are a common ground to bring people together. An LRG is a network that creates a system of support, curates unique experiences, provides opportunities and paves a pathway for advocacy.
