How do I access my Loyalty Account?
You can access your account online 24/7 with the phone number or email you signed up with and receive access to:
- View your transactions, available points and rewards
- Receive communication from your favorite restaurants
- Receive exclusive offers just for you, including a special reward during your birthday month

Where can I use my loyalty card?
Your loyalty account is accepted at all participating Levy Restaurants locations. Jake Melnick's Corner Tap, River Roast, Terralina Crafted Italian, and Paddlefish.
How can I earn points?
You earn one point per dollar spent on food and beverage at participating locations. Simply give your server your phone number associated with your account and they’ll add the appropriate points to your account. Points are not earned for gratuity.
When dining at participating locations, let your server know you’re a part of our loyalty program and you’d like to earn points for your dine or redeem a reward.
- The Toast Local app will have a QR code our servers can scan to connect your account.
Don’t have the app? Our servers can locate your account and available rewards using your phone number or email connected to your account.
For private events, you earn one point per dollar for the cost of food and beverage at your event. Points are not awarded for set-up fees or tax on private events.
Can I get points for the purchase of a gift card?
Loyalty points are not earned for the purchase of a gift card. However, you are able to earn points when you use a gift card to pay for your check.
What Rewards are available to me?
Reward availability is determined by the number of current points you have.
- For every 150 points, get $10 off your next bill.
- For every 375 points, get $25 off your next bill.
- For every 750 points, get $50 off your next bill
- For every 1500 points, get $100 off your next bill.
A $15.00 reward is also given to members for their birthday to be used within the month of their birthday.
How do i get my birthday reward?
If you filled in your birthday while signing up for our program, you’ll automatically receive a $15.00 reward loaded on your loyalty account for use the month of your birthday. To use the reward simply give your server your phone number associated with your account and let them know you’d like to use the 15.00 reward on your account. Birthday rewards expire on the last day of your birthday month.
How do i convert my points to rewards?
Your points automatically turn into available rewards once you reach the required number of points. Keep earning points with each eligible purchase, and when you have enough, your reward will become available to redeem.
How do i use my reward dollars?
When dining at participating locations, let your server know you’re a part of our loyalty program and you’d like to redeem a reward.

The server will be able to put your reward dollars toward your final bill.
I forgot to let my server know i was a loyalty member on my last visit to a Levy Restaurants location. How can I get my points?
You can submit a copy of your receipt via email to receive points for the visit you missed.
