CHICAGO — Lincoln Park Zoo has extended its long-term partnership with Levy as the zoo’s official food, beverage and hospitality team. Levy will continue to oversee all dining, catering and private event operations, delivering memorable experiences that range from daily visits to themed iconic events such as ZooLights, premier weddings at historic Café Brauer and large-scale community gatherings.  

“Our three-decade partnership is a testament to the shared success that comes from true collaboration," Lincoln Park Zoo Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President Rena Solano said. "Together, we’ve created experiences that connect people, place and purpose – and we look forward to continuing that work for years to come.”

As part of the renewal, Lincoln Park Zoo and Levy will collaborate on renovations and operational enhancements to campus-wide dining and event destinations including new technology to enhance convenience and speed of service. Sustainability will remain a central focus of the partnership, with ongoing initiatives to reduce food waste, decrease single-use containers, prioritize local sourcing and expand plant-forward menu offerings. At Café Brauer, the zoo’s historic destination for private and social events, Levy will continue to partner with event planners on customized hospitality to elevate the guest experience at one of Chicago’s most sought-out venues.
